Gary Castronova has listed for sale a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 18 Sunrise Crescent in Irondequoit for $169,900.

The 2,773-square-foot house was built in 1965. Bob Finocchio of Nothnagle Realtors is the listing agent for the property.

Castronova worked as a delivery driver for UPS from March 2005 to April 2011. Prior to working with UPS, he worked in the stock room and on the floor stocking shelves for Hegedorns Supermarket. He attended Webster Schroeder High School.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 542 home sales in Irondequoit during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $99,900.
