I am writing in regard to Mr. Nolan and the I-Square project. I support the Irondequoit Town Board and their position, requiring Mr. Nolan to supply pertinent information about completing individual buildings. I find his resistance to provide this information sufficient reason for the board to table the PILOT agreement.
In addition, having watched the Town Board meeting on TV, it is unreasonable for Mr. Nolan’s lawyer to present changes to the proposed PILOT agreement ten minutes before the meeting was to start and expect the board to approve the changes without having the opportunity to study these changes.
I certainly look forward to the completion of the project, but it appears to me that Mr. Nolan needs to do his part.
