St. Ann’s Community, a senior living and residential health care facility, hired two new staff members and promoted two current staff members.
Brian Chamberlain, previously a pharmacy manager at Wal-Mart, was hired by St. Ann’s as a staff pharmacist.
Bernadine Culhane-Ricotta, former clinical coordinator for the residency program at Unity Health, was hired as nurse manager for St. Ann’s third floor. Culhane-Ricotta will oversee the staff, and the residents’ care and activities.
Two members of the St. Ann’s staff were promoted. Registered nurse Karen Kozak, of Hamburg, was promoted to associate director of staff development. Kozak’s new responsibilities include overseeing nursing education and infection control, and expanding the quality of resident care while expanding clinical services available to residents.
Registered nurse Melissa MacKay Wang, of Williamson, was promoted to nurse manager for the Transitional Care program. Wang’s new responsibilities include overseeing transitional care nurses and ensuring the new nursing model works as efficiently as possible.
