Police in Rochester say an 18-year-old man has been found fatally shot on a street in the city.
Authorities tell local media outlets that police responded to Flower Street after an officer reported hearing a gunshot around 12:30 a.m. Tuesday.
When officers arrived on the scene, they found the teen lying on the street. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police are investigating the shooting. The teen’s name hasn’t been released.
