Bay View YMCA is hosting a Spooktacular event Oct. 20

The Bay View Family YMCA, 1209 Bay Road, is hosting its annual Spooktacular event from 6 to 9 p.m. tomorrow, Saturday, Oct. 20. The event will include gourmet food trucks, shows a youth rock band, Halloween films, arts, crafts, games and more. The event is open to the community. There is a fee. Tickets are $25 for families up to six people. Food truck items are an additional cost.

Spotlight Theatre Arts (SpotlightArts.com) is performing three different shows: "The Mummy's Tomb," "Twilight Dating Game" and "Billy and the Devil"

The local youth rock band 441 will be performing,

There will be family-friendly Halloween films in a "haunted" theater, a bonfire, a crop circle maze inhabited by "extra-terrestrials," and a daredevil performing a routine with a flaming hula hoop.

Arts, crafts, games, and face painting will also be available, and there will be opportunities to trick-or-treat or enter a costume contest.

A haunted hayride and haunted house will round out the activities.

All proceeds from Spooktacular will go toward the YMCA's Invest in Youth campaign. Call (585) 341-3231 with questions.
