Xerox CEO Ursula Burns has moved up in the ranking of the Most Powerful Women in Business, according to Forbes magazine.

Burns is now No. 7, having moved up the list from No. 8 last year.

The 54-year-old started at Xerox as a summer intern and, in 2009, became the first African American woman to lead a Fortune 500 company.
