A judge has found a Greece man not guilty on all charges in connection with a deadly crash in Wheatland.

Judge Frank Geraci announced the verdict for John Ariano at 9:30 Tuesday morning. The 56-year-old was charged with second-degree vehicular manslaughter.

Police say Ariano was driving a Keady Landscaping truck in July 2011 on Wheatland Center Road. Investigators say he ran a stop sign and slammed into a jeep. The driver of the jeep, 69-year-old John Blair died at the scene.
