The court paper outlining the charges against Greece Police Officer Sam Ross is filed at Irondequoit Town Court. The "accusatory instrument" (as it's called) says Officer Ross gave alcohol to the teenager at at least three locations in the month of August.

Ross is facing the misdemeanor charge of "unlawfully dealing with a child."

According to the paper work, Officer Ross gave the teen "two drinks containing Diet Coke and Crown Royal Whiskey... while at an undetermined location in Irondequoit Bay."

(***Note: the teenager's name is redacted on the court document***)

Five days later, the paper work says Ross gave the teen "two drinks containing Citron Vodka" at Tilt Night Club on Central Avenue in Rochester.

Two days after that, the court document says Ross gave the teen "two drinks containing grape Vodka" while at "Shumway Marina."

The same document says Officer Ross had a "personal relationship" with the teenager.

Officer Ross is suspended with pay while the Greece Police Department conducts an internal investigation. He has been a police officer for seven years and has run the Greece Police's K9 unit for the last year.

Ross is scheduled to appear in Irondequoit Town Court Oct. 23.
