The Livingston County Sheriff's Department and emergency crews are on the scene of a fatal three car crash on Route 5&20 in Lima.
Sheriff's deputies said that a van was slowing down, attempting to make a turn when a car hit it from behind pushed it into the intersection. An oncoming semi-truck then hit the van. The driver of the van was killed. Two other people were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
5&20 is closed to all traffic between Dalton Road and Heath Markham Road.
