A popular Monroe Avenue bar and nightclub is set to re-open Monday.
The Bug Jar voluntarily closed after a deadly shooting last month. Police say a large fight broke out during a concert inside and later spilled into the street. Deavongh Hernandez Ruffin, 21, was shot and killed.
There have been no arrests in this case.
