A lawyer and former Greece Town Board member is under arrest after State Police say he was driving drunk with a prostitute.
A concerned motorist alerted police of erratic vehicle going east on Thruway. Troopers followed the vehicle to a service station in Pembroke, where they say they found 54-year-old James Doyle, a lawyer, slumped over the wheel of a car with the engine running and headlights on.
Troopers say a female prostitute, 20-year-old Alicia K. Guastaferro, of Williamson, was also in the car.
Doyle was charged with on DWI, providing alcohol to a person under 21 and patronizing a prostitute.
Guastaferro was charged with criminal impersonation, criminal possession of a controlled substance and prostitution.
Doyle was arraigned in the Town of Pembroke Court and released on his own recognizance. Guastafeero was issued an appearance ticket.
