Rochester's Monte Alban Mexican restaurant has opened a new location on east side.
Last week, the restaurant, which already has locations in Irondequoit and Webster, opened for business at the corner of Routes 250 and 441, in Penfield. Many will remember the location as the former Duchess Restaurant, which closed in February 2011.
The new Monte Alban is owned by Manuel Solorio, whose family owns and operates the other locations. Stay tuned for our story on the restaurant later this week.
