The Gates Police are reporting that Kesean McKenzie-Smith was arrested today in relation to the Aug. 31 murder of Montre Bradley.
He joins William A. Wilkins, 19, of Gates, who was also arrested for the homicide last week.
Both are being charged with Attempted Robbery in the first degree (a C-Felony) and Murder in the second degree (an A-1 Felony).
It happened around 4 a.m. the morning of Aug. 31 in the Chili-Hinchey Plaza on Chili Avenue in Gates.
Montre Bradley, a 19-year-old man of Rochester, was shot while standing in line waiting for Street Game shoe store to open. Gates Police Chief David DiCaro said earlier that the teen was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital with serious injuries, where he later died.
Travaris Johnson was arrested last week in relation to the shooting. He is charged with reckless endangerment in the first degree, a felony and numerous other traffic charges all related to a pursuit in which he assisted Wilkins evade arrest.
Gates Police Chief David DiCaro said witness cooperation and dedicated officers lead to the arrests. DiCaro said the police now believe all individuals involved in the homicide are in custody.
