Three event highlights
1
Road rally. If you’ve never participated in an event like this, it consists of a team that includes a licensed driver and one or more navigators, working together to follow a route based on an instructional clue package provided at registration.
Teams put their skills and knowledge together to solve the clues, which provide directions to navigate between checkpoints on a pre-charted course. Teams also will have the opportunity to earn bonus points along the route. Speed is not a factor. Teams that complete the course are entered into a raffle for a grand prize. And, all types of vehicles are welcome in the rally.
2
Enjoy a chicken barbecue, presented right in Irondequoit, by Sticky Lips BBQ.
3
To round out a full day, The Invictas will present a rock and roll show after the road rally and chicken barbecue lunch. Visit www.theinvictas.com for more information on the band, one of Rochester’s oldest, and most popular, bands.
