The Eastridge Lancer Marching Band did something it hadn't accomplished in seven years this past Saturday night, Sept. 15. They won a field band competition.
Competing at Cicero-North Syracuse, the Lancers beat East Syracuse-Minoa and Mohonasen in the Small School 1 Division with a score of 74.20.
The last time the Lancers finished first in a competition was on Sept. 10, 2005.
This Saturday, Sept. 22, they will be competing in Oswego.
