A 57-year-old Irondequoit man is under arrest after police say he forced his way into an apartment and assaulted one of the occupants.
Neftali Andujar is charged with first-degree burglary and second-degree assault.
Irondequoit Police say on Aug. 20 they responded to Srathmore Circle Apartments for the report of neighbor trouble.
Officers say when they arrived, the found that Andujar had found his way inside his neighbor's apartment and assaulted the female inside. She sustained cuts to her arm.
Andujar was arraigned and is due back in court Aug. 23 for a felony hearing.
