The Irondequoit Chamber of Commerce invites all Irondequoit businesses to sign up to be part of “Shop Irondequoit” at Irondequoit Town Hall, 1280 Titus Ave., from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, July 19.
An outdoor “shopping mall” will be created for the evening, on the southwestern side of the town hall grounds, to spotlight businesses and business people from throughout the town.
The shopping opportunity will be held at the same time as the weekly Irondequoit Farmers’ Market, to encourage the community, and shoppers from throughout the Rochester region, to Shop Irondequoit.
A limited number of spaces are available on a first come, first served basis, for Irondequoit businesses and organizations, through Thursday, June 28. Also in the planning for the event is the debut of a first-ever Irondequoit Business Phone Directory, which will include the names, addresses and phone numbers of businesses in the Town of Irondequoit, drawn from the business listing on the Irondequoit Chamber of Commerce website at www.irondequoitchamber.org.
