After selling off its celebrity photos, sports items, and local memorabilia in a silent auction to benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation, a remodel started yesterday (Monday, Feb. 13) at the Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill & Bar at 1683 East Ridge Road, Irondequoit.
The restaurant is remaining open during the renovation.
The restaurant will be receiving new outdoor signage and awnings as well as new interior lighting and décor. The artifacts on the wall are being replaced with custom-made wallpaper depicting local scenes and photos.
The remodel is expected to take just over a week.
T.L. Cannon Companies is the franchisee for Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill and Bar in Upstate New York and Connecticut. It currently owns and operates 61 restaurant locations, including the one in Irondequoit.
